Generally, we ask for a maximum of 24 hours to process items, but we are usually much faster than that.
Most items are processed within an average time of 6 hours.
This helps ensure maximum accuracy of the data that is extracted from your items. Once they have been processed, they'll be available in your Inbox for exporting.
If your item is still 'In processing' status after 24 hours, please contact the Receipt Bank Help Desk and they will be glad to take a look into it.
