You may need to update your payroll records if your employee gives you a P45 or starter checklist after you’ve registered with HMRC.
There are two steps to setting up your employee:
- Payroll webform - Please fill out this form so we have information about your new starter, this will enable us to prepare the payroll properly and ahead of schedule
- New starter checklist - Complete this starter checklist or instead provide us a P45 by attaching it ot the payroll webform
